These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Semitoto ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at semitoto.cam ("Platform", "Site", "Service").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Semitoto platform — including its casino games, sports betting services, live dealer tables, promotional features, and customer support channels — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Semitoto operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence. These Terms apply to all users accessing the platform, including players from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other regions of Malaysia.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the Semitoto platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a User's Account, comprising Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance as applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by Semitoto subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before processing withdrawal requests.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole currency in which all Semitoto transactions are denominated.
• "Rollover / Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, located in a restricted jurisdiction, or otherwise ineligible to use the Service under these Terms.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules governing each individual casino game, slot title, or sports betting market as displayed within the Platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on the Semitoto platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced in accordance with internationally applicable responsible gambling standards for casino-style gaming.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by Semitoto for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Semitoto employee or affiliated entity.
• The funds used to deposit to your Account originate from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the Semitoto platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban.

You are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and complete registration information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Semitoto shall not be liable for losses resulting from inaccurate registration data provided by the User.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Semitoto will treat all activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our customer support team immediately via live chat at [email protected]. Semitoto reserves the right to temporarily lock an Account pending investigation of suspected security breaches.

4.2 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon Account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon Account closure unless otherwise stated.

In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gambling obligations, Semitoto is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time during a player's use of the platform, particularly following large transactions.

5.1 Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: Valid Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or current Passport. All four corners must be visible, and all text legible.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or telecommunications statement dated within the last three (3) months, showing your name and residential address in Malaysia.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document, confirming you are the account holder.

5.2 Verification Timeframe

KYC document review is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission. Semitoto may request additional documentation where initial submissions are unclear or incomplete. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until KYC is fully approved. Semitoto shall not be held liable for delays in withdrawals arising from incomplete or inaccurate KYC documentation.

Semitoto accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR): FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrency channels including BTC and USDT where available.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. There is no standard maximum deposit cap for regular accounts; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance instantly or within minutes of successful payment confirmation.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals during peak periods or public holidays in Malaysia may take up to 2 hours. Semitoto processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

7.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Semitoto Account.
• Where a bonus was claimed, the applicable wagering requirement must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Semitoto reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.

7.2 Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits apply as published on the Platform's payment information page. VIP members may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits as part of their loyalty tier benefits. Semitoto reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at its discretion with reasonable notice to affected players.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by Semitoto are subject to individual promotion terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of offer. In addition to promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all offers:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, and payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from Real Money Balance and must be wagered according to the applicable rollover requirement before withdrawal.
• The maximum stake permitted per bet while a bonus is active is MYR 300 unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Bets exceeding this cap may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute 15–20%. Sports bets may contribute at varying rates depending on odds.
• All bonuses have an expiry period. Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses expire as stated in the promotion terms and cannot be reinstated after expiry.
• Semitoto reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances warrant such action, including but not limited to suspected abuse.

Each casino game, slot title, live dealer table, and sports betting market on the Semitoto platform operates according to individual Game Rules, which are accessible within each game or market interface. Players are responsible for understanding the applicable Game Rules before placing wagers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or system failure during gameplay, Semitoto reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the applicable stake to the Player's Real Money Balance. Bets that were placed prior to any identified system error may be reviewed and, where appropriate, settled at Semitoto's sole discretion.

For sports betting markets, Semitoto follows standard industry rules for event postponements, abandonments, and void markets. In cases where a match is abandoned before completion of the minimum qualifying period for settlement, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules per sport are published on the Platform.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Semitoto platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent termination:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit the Platform or its games.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, poker table, or betting market.
• Use of a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to misrepresent your geographic location or circumvent jurisdiction-based access restrictions.
• Registration or use of the platform by any person who is under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, money laundering, or any form of financial fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain without reporting them to Semitoto.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed toward other players or Semitoto staff via any communication channel.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of Semitoto.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Semitoto and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

Semitoto makes no warranties or representations — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds displayed, or the fitness of any game for a particular purpose. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In no event shall Semitoto's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

Semitoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Users via email or an in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Semitoto platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Semitoto holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
